Shipping & Processing

Thank you for purchasing artwork from HJT Fine Art. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Original Paintings & Ready-to-Ship Artwork
Original paintings and other ready-to-ship items are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order ships, when available.

Custom Pet Portraits
Custom pet portraits are individually hand-painted and made to order. Because each portrait is unique, completion times vary. After your order and reference photos are received, I will review your photos and contact you regarding your portrait and estimated completion time.

U.S. Shipping
Custom pet portrait orders within the United States receive free shipping. Shipping charges for other products, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Packaging & Tracking
Artwork is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact HJT Fine Art as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
