Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from HJT Fine Art. For eligible items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact HJT Fine Art before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of the return shipping label. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Custom Pet Portraits
Because custom pet portraits are individually created specifically for you and your pet, custom pet portrait commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact HJT Fine Art as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card company to process the refund.
